BUYER HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT
CHICAGO COLLECTIVE QUALIFIED BUYERS ARE ABLE TO SIGN UP AT THE SHOW TO RECEIVE A REIMBURSEMENT OF $50/NIGHT, UP TO 3 NIGHTS.
STEP 1
BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM through onPeak or call 1800.528.8700. Hotel rooms must be booked through onPeak to qualify for the Reimbursement Program. [Valid nights: January 30, 31, February 1, 2, 2026]
STEP 2
Fill out the REIMBURSEMENT FORM in the 7th Floor Show Office, before the last day of the Show.
Hotel invoices are not required.
STEP 3
Reimbursement Checks will be MAILED within 2-3 weeks after the show!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the Buyer Hotel Reimbursement form is not filled out before the end of the show, travel reimbursements will not be honored. Please allow 2-3 weeks for checks to arrive via mail.
Reimbursement checks are valid for 6 months from date of issue and will not be reissued after that date. No exceptions.
